One who practices Bhaktl sees life and living as a loving relationship with the divine, as a mother a father or even a lover. Bhakti involves chanting, giving, meditation and ritual.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Karma yoga: The path of action and selfless service. This yoga is practiced through performing good action without thought of return or self benefit. To serve all those around us in any and every way made available to us.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hatha Yoga: The way of force or strength. Utilizing the body and mind as a way to absolute consciousness and truth. Ha relates to the sun and Tha to the moon, so it is also the process of harmonizing all aspects of life towards the path of consciousness&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jnana: Yoga: Is the Path of knowledge and self inquiry. Ash means eight and anga means limbs, so Ashtanga are the 8 limbs of yoga and they are: Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara,  Dharana, Dhyana and Samadhi. For the practice of yoga to be complete, one must practice all limbs fully. heres how we practice:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yama&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Is the primary root of yoga meaning restraint., It is a prescribed approach towards interacting with society and the world around you so that all beings can benefit from your presence and company. the way is simple:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ahimsa: Means non violence. practicing nonviolence in our life means not harming, yourself, other people, animals, even the planet itself. This can be practiced through a vegetarian diet, ensuring you ways of consumption are sustainable and being mindful of how are thoughts words and actions effect ourselves and those around us.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sattya: Means Truth in our thoughts in our actions and in our speech. It means to be honest and speak truthfully and lovingly to others and to live by these principles so that one's character is one of integrity and love.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Asteya: Means non stealing. To not take others possessions whether it be a material object, an emotional state or anything which is not rightfully gained.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Apraigraha: Mean Non attachment. To be non-attached to anything in life, understanding that everything in life is temporary, that everything will come and go. Knowing that when we attach our happiness and our satisfaction to anything or anyone our happiness and satisfaction to anything which comes soon will go.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Brahmacharya: Means sexual balance. This means to ensure our sexual conduct is one of integrity and balance. So no one is hurt by our sexual expression.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Niyama&lt;br /&gt;Is also a root of practice it is translated as observances. These are primarily involving the way in which we conduct ourselves from within&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saucha: Purity. To uphold a state of purity within the mind so that one is undisturbed by harmful thoughts desires and impressions. To be pure in speech so our words only bring inspiration, compassion and happiness. And to keep the body healthy strong and flexible, So that energy and longevity are ensured&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Santosha: Contentment. To be content and happy with who we are in this moment.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tapasya: Austerity. In sanskrit can be defined as heat. i like to see it as momentum, to create within our day to day life a state of essential energy so that our mind body and spirit are geared towards a state of maximum benefit for all of those around us. This often means sacrificing our personal desires for the betterment of others&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Svadhyaya; Self study or study of scripture. To be ever mindful of ourselves and how we are interacting with the world. To be certain that the music, media, information and books we consume are helping us to achieve our fullest potential.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;IshvaraPranidhana: Self surrender. To surrender our ego our life our breath with faith and reverence to god, to life the universe and everything knowing in our hearts that everything is OK, a;ways by the grace.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Asana. Literally means seat or posture. Originally intended so that in sitting meditation the body is still and undisturbed for an indefinite amount of time. Also branching into Physical understanding and control of the system to maximize our internal purification through physical awareness and a synchronization of movement and breath.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pranayama: Literally means energy/breath restraint. Practices using breath control/retention and the internal functions of the system to bring about a clear and distinct awareness of the energy within our body, mind and breath with the means to attain disciplined control of them.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pratyahara: Means to withdraw the attention from the external perceptions of the sense and abiding within the seat of consciousness itself.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dharana: to bring peace to the mind, to cultivate and establish single pointed concentration.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dhyana: Mediation. A form of Prayer and devotion bringing the single pointed concentration towards the source. to discover stillness with and taking delight in that. A balance of Seated traditional meditation and active meditation is essential to bringing that state to all avenues and situations of our day to day life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Samadhi: The state of Unity. Being a method of reintegration, it is a science of consciousness, it is surrender to God, It is a spiritual discipline which brings about a healthy strong body, a peaceful focused mind, a compassionate loving heart and a fully illuminated soul. The tradition of yoga has been traced back thousands of years to the first book known to man, the Rig Veda, however anyone experiencing the practice can easily imagine yoga being part of human knowledge since time immemorial. It is a way for us to access the natural tools available and to use them to their full potential. A myriad of texts, scripture, manuals and books have been written about yoga but the only way to truly know Yoga is to practice. Also yoga is philosophy which can be integrated into anyway of life, whether you be religious atheist or other, yoga has something to benefit all ways and paths&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Yoga is also a science where the body and mind are one's laboratory for the undertaking of the experiment of enlightenment. He began practicing yoga at the age of 19 at a Vedic temple devoting himself to all aspects of the path. Having studied under many teachers and integrating practices from many traditions and schools he is able to teach Beginner to advanced asana, pranayama meditation, esoteric practices such as tantra, taoist cultivation and dream Yoga. He has taught internationally in Europe, Africa, India, China and Canada and has been certified from many schools including the Yoga Alliance and The Vedic Yoga Ashram. He is an adept teacher able to instruct all forms of yoga, partner yoga, Children, teens, adults, seniors and people with disabilities.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Waylon has dedicated his life to the enlightenment of the human race and to the benefit of the planet and its creatures. Seeing yoga as an approach which can purify all aspects of ones life and bring delight from within. He sees the practice as a way in which all humans can live their own path and still remain connected to the beings around them.
